One of our senior leaders has been abducted by a terrorist group, and they are demanding a very high ransom for his release.
On July 23, at 7 p.m., a group of five armed terrorists kidnapped Pastor Ponnachan George from our Bible school campus in the Karbi Anglong district of Assam, India. They have taken him away to their forest hideout, and we are unaware of his location. This group is threatening to kill Pastor Ponnachan unless we give them a large sum of money.

I just read this a few minutes ago. My prayer is going out to the safety of Pastor Mission Leader and that God will protect him from the evil one who is out to destroy and kill. I pray God will work in those hearts of these terrorists to release Pastor without demands and that they will have an encounter with our Lord Jesus Christ who can change their lives forever. Pray for protection and well being. Cover him im your precious blood. Bring an anointing filled by the Holy Spirit and may peace be amongst them. In Jesus Name. Amen
My heart breaks to hear this. I will share this with people and churches I know here,I constantly tell people here to be very thankful for our religious freedom that we have,and to not take it for granted,and to pray for our brothers and sisters who are being persecuted and killed around the world for loving Jesus.Father,I ask you to open the eyes and hearts of the men who have kidnapped Past.Ponnachan,and have them release him and keep him safe,in Jesus name,Amen.

We know and thank You Father that even this will work together for his good and to the Glory of Jesus, that what the devil meant for bad we declare even right ‘NOW’ that our God will turn it to Pastor Ponnanchan’s good in Jesus name and for His glory and that many, many would come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and we bind the theif and declare you will not kill, steal, or destroy this (anointed) pastor of the Lord, but you will flee in Jesus name and we loose not only Pastor Ponnanchan but every person involved in this event to the salvation of the Lord Jesus, and loose the fear of the Lord, and apply the blood of Jesus over all of them as we stand and take authority as a body with Pastor Ponnanchan over the spirtual environment and we bind terrorism and loose and declare freedom to every captor in Jesus name [even NOW], Father we ask for a quick report, testimony

For you are mighty to save and you always watch and know everything that happens to your children. Thank you for hearing and receiving our prayers. I raise up your son Pastor P. I ask lord that you give him great strength to overcome this trial. Father please send many angels to surround Pastor p. That they would minister to him in his hour of need. That their presence would be strongly known by pastor for his edification and for glory unto you Lord. PLEASE Lord bless Pastor P with abundance of joy in the midst of this horrific evil. Please Father please take what satan has intended for evil and turn it into good for a testimony among Pastors church body. Please set Pastor P free from this captivity. Cause their money request to be miraculously tossed aside in a miraculous way. I ask this in the mighty name of your son JESUS. AMEN

Lord I pray for Pastor Ponnachan George, wherever he is let your will be done for his life. I encourage all brethren around and near his ministry to continue praying for him remember God did it for peter he can do this for him. I will call the attention of Disciples Christian Fellowship Uganda to pray continually for this man of God.

Father, we come before you today in humble Prayer to lift up this Missionary Pastor that is being held in justly for ransom. We know that all You say & do does indeed have a plan a purpose & we thank You that though things right now look bleak, this situation will indeed work out for the Glory of Your Name in the least amount of time that You deem possible & still accomplish what good it is that is to come of this. We ask that You soften & convict All of the hearts & lead them to the saving knowledge of You and All Your Goodness. Please Help Pastor P. to be covered in a hedge of protection & peace of mind as these scary times are staring him in the face. We ask that somehow, through Your Grace & Mercy the monetary ransom amt. be met & that he may be freed as soon as Now; In Your Precious yet Terrible Name… Thank You Lord for hearing our cries of agreement & decree over this situation and we thank you for honoring the words prayed unto You.. Thank You for all the good that will come of the situation & the Salvation’s to take place. In Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.
